It's The Shrimp Shack's soft opening when Mimi and I had our dinner at their Mall of Asia branch so as expected...There are a lot of things to improve and work hard on if they really want to maintain the business.

We had their Tomato Cheese Fondue (P145) to start with.I have an inch skill on cooking but surely I can make this even better at home.

Surf and Turf (P320) - Beef BBQ, macaroni salad, double rice and garlic shrimps.

We were hoping for average - sized shrimps but we got these poor little shrimps instead and I had a hard time peeling because of its dryness.
