Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen at Solenad, Nuvali

Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen is the only restaurant in Solenad we've never tried yet and we're on for an italian fix that night so we braved ourself on our way inside..Plus, there were a lot of people dining at the same time so we thought maybe the food here is worth trying.

Check out Mama lou's spacious resto.=)

For our Main dish, we had their Chicken Marsala (P390) - chicken breast fillet layered with ham and mozzarella cheese in creamy marsala wine and caper sauce

The tender chicken meat braced with thick yummy sauce is something to remember! Well, I wasn't captivated by the presentation but nobody would care as soon as they got a taste of this dish.

Our Choice of pasta is their Classic Lasagna (P295) -  Their version of Lasagna was well - coated with mozzarella which is so much irresistable for cheese addicts like me.. Only that, the generous serving of meat inside was minced to the max.. I want mine as big as chunks that I can feel munching it together with the pasta.

Our Dinner at Mama Lou's was unexpectedly good but what made me happier is their signature Mama Lou's Iced Tea (P75) - One would think that this is Too pricey for a glass of Iced tea but yeah, this is one of the best Iced Tea I've ever had.. I don't know what tea or herbs they've put in there but I like it this much ______________.=)

The Happy Diners.

I think it's basil that they added to the tea.
