The place reflects their theme very well..like a modern dining place infused with a meat shop motif.
The only thing we didn't like is that they don't have their own comfort room...
A classified menu like this rescues customers from being confused on what to order.=) (Note: I don't have their complete menu)
Popcorn while waiting.
Well, I was just the one eating popcorn because my partner here is so busy reading her birthday letters from me.=)
First served is the Half - Pounder "Bacon" Slabs Cue Style (P455) - house - cured, slow - baked then fried. served with house - made sides or staples and your choice of sauce
This piece of meat is the winner of the day! Sweet, smoky and juicy! I promise you wouldn't regret having this.=)
The 'Cue Burger (P420) - 6 oz house - blend all beef patty, mozzarella and smoked provolone, chorizo slices, arugula, a slap of red wine bbq sauce on a butter grilled bun.
The 'Cue Burger is a must try! if that is you want a bite of REAL succulent pure beef. =)
Campfire - style skillet of Queso Fundido (P190) - White Cheddar, Chorizo, cilantro, red tomatoes and flour tortillas.
Supposed to be an appetizer but we had this last..saving another best for last.=)
This is one of the Best Brunch we had.. I hope we're just a walk away from BGC so we could eat a lot like this more often!.=p
For Every Birthday of yours that we'll spend together..Happy 24th, Mimikoi.=)
