It's IHOP Day!

I am not a fan of pancakes but  since we're talking about IHOP's first branch in the Philippines and Mimi liked them somehow then I think that those two factors are enough to wait in line for 1-2 hours just to get a seat at IHOP.

Comfy seats near the windows would be the best option...I always like my breakfast with the sunlight effect. =)

Choosing my breakfast for the day has never been this hard. =)

The staff and waiters were very alert and accommodating despite all the rumbles and jumbles. It's a good thing we haven't experienced what other customers were complaining of like bad or slow service.Nobody wants or deserve to get bad vibes during the earliest time of the day.=)

After 5 to 10 minutes, our orders were served continuously until everything we want is already in front of us.

I had the Spinach and Mushroom Hash Brown Stack (P295) - Golden Hash Browns topped with spinach and mushrooms, melted provolone cheese, sliced tomato, egg, rich hollandaise sauce and green onions.

I could do a cartwheel after launching a bite into this light tasted delight. The hash brown itself isn't oily, the melted cheese was very well distributed and I love it very well when I mixed it up with the vegetables.

It comes with your choice of toast, seasonal mixed fruit or 2 buttermilk pancakes (add P50 to upgrade to flavored pancakes)

I could not distinguish a good pancake from the NOT so good one but this one is just right for me. No hard feelings upon tasting.=P

My favorite syrup is the butter pecan. It has the right amount of sweetness compared to the old - fashioned.

The Funny Face (P165) -  Smile for the choco pancakes with choco chips cos they're really good! The serving is good for 2-3 persons.

Looks sinful. But I'd probably eat there at least once din too. =)

2 hours wait? Grabe!
