I was too stiff during the night..Yours truly was so timid on bright lights!haha! When Chef lau called me on my name to ask how the food was, I just gave him a nod and smile.

We all had a 5-course dinner which I'm about to share you now.
For appetizer we had Bistro Filipino's Best Pica Pica: Lumpiang Ubod Cones with Frozen Spicy Vinegar - The smoked etag pork and Ubod was made special by the vinegar. This is a hit in my opinion.
Adobo Mushroon Cappuccino - What I love about Chef Lau's Creations is that he had weird combinations to create a single dish but it turns out that those combinations were the perfect match for the dish!

Three Kinds of Mango Salad with Dijon bagoong Vinaigrette - A truly Filipino Inspired Salad! The Kasuy- Crusted Kesong Puti goes very well with the organic greens..Good thing that the bagoong dressing was not too powerful to taste =)

Kitayama Wagyu Beef in Sampaloc Glaze served with Taro Puff and Roaste Tomatoes - This is a Killer! Only thing is that Filipinos love "Sabaw" so much and this has a little amount of that to go with every wagyu beef bite.

And every meal has a sweet ending: Banana Cue Tart Flambe with Langka Ice Cream and Caramel Crunch - This was so unique and how I almost jump when I tasted the Langka Ice cream!=p

I really had a great night tasting chef Lau's dishes. My sister was happy, too that night! Thanks to Colgate for this event!
